Bingo and Blooms

Bingo! Prizes! Silent Auction!

We invite you to join us for our Annual Bingo Fundraiser, Thursday, March 5, at the Ann Street United Methodist Church’s Eure Building. All funds will go toward plants and shrubs to be installed in Beaufort by the Beautification Committee.

Refreshments will be served at 9:30 am, and the games will begin at 10:00 am.

Deborah Van Dyken will lead us in 6 exciting games of bingo. Bingo cards are $5 each and there are lots of prizes for the winners.

The Silent Auction includes an antique copper bowl, a lovely crystal vase, a beautiful handmade quilt, a charming Chinese bowl set and much more.

Donations for the auction from members are welcome. Please email us at [email protected] for more information.

Bus Trip to Wilson

This year we will be taking a day trip to Wilson, NC, home of the famous Whirligig Park. Tours include Wilson Botanical Gardens, Downtown Wilson, Boone’s Antiques, and Barton College with a program and catered luncheon. As always we’ll have refreshments on the bus in both the morning and afternoon.

Cost for the trip is $80, and space is limited. The trip is first offered to members and opened to guests March 5th if not sold out. Email [email protected] with any questions. Payment is due at sign up.
